Whispers at the Gates of Dawn is the first movement from the King Arthur Suite. Originally written as a stand-alone tone poem (Tone Poem No. 4), once I completed Isle of Avalon (Tone Poem No. 5), I knew I had to create an entire suite of related tone poems.
